When I was a little girl, whenever we visited our relatives in Vermont, my great uncle Robert would make us pop-overs in the mornings!I've never had them anywhere else. Until tonight.
I found a recipe online and decided to try it out. They were super easy to make, and they're SO good.
Hot from the oven with jam and/or butter. y u m. some might say 'melt in your mouth, de-lish'.
